2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Code Sense for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Code Sense
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Code Privacy

Code that you submit for analysis is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently on our servers. We do not use your code for training purposes or share it with third parties.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of Code Sense are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

6. Limitations

In no event shall Code Sense or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Code Sense.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use Code Sense after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
